Orthomosaic of the Full Route
High-resolution, georeferenced imagery of the entire route or site, delivered as GeoTIFF in your project coordinate system and viewable in a browser link.
A pre-construction condition record shows what a route or site looked like before work began. Anchorpoint flies the route with a drone before mobilization, delivers dated, georeferenced imagery organized by location, and flies the same plan again after restoration so the two records line up.
Once trenching or boring starts, property owners notice every crack in a driveway, sidewalk or curb. Without a clear record from before the work, your crew can end up paying for damage that was already there.
A condition record gives your PM and your claims team something specific to check: dated imagery of the route, organized by street segment or address range, that anyone on your team can open in a browser. When restoration is done, a matching flight shows the finished condition from the same angles.
Flown before ground disturbance and referenced to NAD83 / NAVD88. Zoom in, pan and take reference measurements from any browser. No software required.
High-resolution, georeferenced imagery of the entire route or site, delivered as GeoTIFF in your project coordinate system and viewable in a browser link.
Angled photos of driveways, sidewalks, curbs, landscaping and structures along the route, organized by street segment or address range to match your route map.
Every file carries its capture date and time. Flight logs and a short project summary come with the delivery.
When restoration is complete, we fly the same plan again so before and after line up. Quoted together with the first flight.
Route map or KMZ, start date and your contract’s documentation requirements.
We check airspace and reply within one business day with a scope, a fixed price and a flight window.
RTK-positioned capture of the route, as close to your start date as the schedule allows.
Imagery, photo sets and a viewer link, on the date in your quote.
Same plan, same angles, so the before and after records compare directly.
Drone imagery shows what is visible from above and at an angle. It does not show underground utilities, building interiors, or surfaces hidden by parked cars, tree canopy or structures. Some contracts require ground-level video with narration; check your specification, and we will tell you up front if aerial imagery alone will not meet it.
A condition record is evidence for your team to use. It is not a legal opinion, and it does not guarantee how a claim is resolved. Anchorpoint Geospatial is not a licensed land surveying or engineering firm; condition records are imagery, not a survey.
As close to the start date as your schedule allows, ideally within two weeks, so the record reflects current conditions. We confirm the flight window in the quote.
Yes, within FAA Part 107 rules. We plan routes to avoid flying over people who are not part of the operation, and we check controlled airspace near McChord Field, Gray Army Airfield, Tacoma Narrows and other airports before quoting.
By street segment or address range, matched to your route map, so your team can go straight to the property in question.
Yes. We use the same flight plan so before and after imagery lines up, and we quote both flights together.
A fixed price per route or site, set in your quote, usually based on route length plus mobilization. The price only changes if the requirements change.
You receive a full copy of the record for your project use.
