Monthly Progress Documentation
Recurring orthomosaic and 3D site model flown on your pay-application cadence. Published to a cloud viewer with unique URLs per flight date, so the project team can scroll history without tracking down files.
Construction progress documentation is a scheduled drone flight over your job, repeated monthly or at milestones, that gives the owner, architect and PM the same dated view of the site. Each flight adds orthomosaic imagery, a 3D model and a photo set on your pay-application schedule. When an owner or architect asks what the site looked like six weeks ago, the answer is already on a shared link.
On active sites, conditions change every day. Stockpiles move. Grade progresses. Utility work gets buried. Claims arise over what was where and when. Without a steady record, everything between groundbreak and closeout lives on phone photos and the superintendent’s memory.
Anchorpoint installs a monthly flight cadence aligned with your pay-application schedule. Each flight produces an RTK-referenced orthomosaic, a 3D site model and a photo set from fixed angles that match previous flights. Deliverables publish to a cloud-hosted viewer the owner, architect, and project team all access through a single shared link.
When a change order, claim, or pay-app dispute arrives, the record is already there. Dated. Georeferenced. Measurable. No scrambling to reconstruct what the site looked like two months earlier. No argument over which phone photo captured the condition first.
Active multi-building residential construction site. 3D textured mesh and orthomosaic with stockpile annotations in the cloud viewer. Rotate, measure, and zoom from any browser. No software required.

A textured 3D model and photo set from fixed angles on every flight, plus stockpile volume estimates by pile with CSV export. The same flight plan each month keeps volumes comparable over time. Quantities used for payment or design should be confirmed by your licensed surveyor or engineer.
Pre-construction capture establishes the undisturbed site condition. Post-completion capture gives you a closeout imagery record. Both tied to the same coordinate system as the interim progress flights.
Dated, georeferenced site state captured independent of the current dispute. When an owner or sub alleges site conditions weren’t as represented, the aerial archive provides objective evidence with measurable spatial context.
Most jobs align flights to the pay application cycle, usually monthly. Fast earthwork phases sometimes go every two weeks.
No. Every flight includes a browser link. Files are also provided for your own GIS or design software.
Yes. We estimate stockpile volumes from the 3D surface, report them by pile with a CSV export, and track change between flights. Quantities used for payment or design should be confirmed by your licensed surveyor or engineer.
In Washington that work must be done by or under a licensed land surveyor. We can fly the site for your surveyor, or put you in touch with one, and the surveyor contracts for and signs the topographic product.
Yes. We coordinate with your superintendent, follow FAA Part 107 rules, and plan flights to avoid flying over workers who are not part of the operation.
A fixed price per flight or per program, set in your quote. The price only changes if the requirements change.
Send the project address, expected duration, and the cadence that fits your billing cycle. Anchorpoint replies within one business day with a scope, a fixed price and a first-flight date.
